Shop! Le Salon 2026, physical retail takes back control and meaning

On April 1st and 2nd, head to Paris for a new edition of Shop! Le Salon, the must-attend event for players in retail, point-of-sale marketing and shopper experience. 

In a context where physical stores are more than ever seeking renewal, the event is shaping up to be a true laboratory of ideas, solutions and inspiration. Remember last year? I took a tour there and discovered the revival of this event. This year, this edition looks even more attractive.

 

A trade show rooted in today’s challenges

What makes Shop! strong is its ability to stay close to real, on-the-ground concerns. Here, no out-of-touch concepts, but tangible answers to questions all retailers and brands are asking today: how to drive traffic again? How to restore value to the point of sale? How to effectively connect physical and digital? Merchandising, retail design, POS materials, digitalisation, data, customer experience… all levers are activated to help professionals rethink their spaces and journeys.

On the agenda… and on stage

Of course, the show will feature an exhibition area, but also many side events and above all a very interesting and up-to-date conference program.
This year, I will also have the pleasure of being particularly active in the program, with several highlights around key topics in today’s retail.
On April 1st, I will host a panel on a topic that is particularly close to my heart:“Re-enchanting the point of sale: how can brands and retailers recreate value together?”
A discussion that will notably bring together Camille Philippe (Strada Marketing) and Sarah Lambert (Adidas), to cross perspectives between agency, brand and field.
That same evening, a change of pace with a much-anticipated moment: the official Shop! Awards ceremony, which I will have the pleasure of hosting. A highlight that showcases the best achievements in retail and shopper activation.
On April 2nd, it’s time for another strategic topic: “From storefront to loyalty: how to rethink the omnichannel customer journey?”
With players such as NorautoMondelezRiou Solutions and Rika, we will dive into the reality of today’s customer journeys, between physical and digital touchpoints.

 

From inspiration to action, shall we meet there?

Shop! is not just about conferences. It is also – and above all – a place for networking. Between retailers, brands, agencies… exchanges are direct, concrete, often unfiltered. It is also the ideal place to capture weak signals, discover sometimes discreet but highly impactful innovations, and leave with ideas that can be immediately activated.
I will be present both days at the show, so feel free to come and connect, share your challenges or simply talk retail over a coffee.
At a time when the sector is undergoing major transformation, this type of event is essential. Not to follow trends, but to understand how to turn them into concrete opportunities.
