Kiabi Kids and Mint, similar and different
To complement our conversation with Jérôme Calonne (listen to it on: https://vincentpanneels.substack.com/p/kiabi-is-a-proof-that-omnichannel), it seemed only logical to visit a Kiabi outlet (Mint in Brussels) as well as the new Kiabi Kids concept in Waterloo. Here we take a closer look at the similarities and differences between the two.
Store size and location
The Group's stores are often located in shopping centres or retail parks. However, Kiabi Mint is the only one located in a city centre. Even so, footfall is high, as the Place de la Monnaie is an extension of the well-known Rue Neuve shopping street.
