Kiabi is a proof that omnichannel can be simple

A podcast recorded some time ago, but well worth a listen. In these times of disruption and successive crises (logistics under strain, inflation, etc.), (fashion) retailers don't always have it easy. That's why the Retail Influencer wanted to take a closer look at Kiabi Belgium with Managing Director Jérôme Calonne. The group is dynamic, with positive results and several customer-focused initiatives. It's an interesting example from which others can learn (and not just in the fashion world).
