A preview of SIAL Paris 2022

It's coming soon, folks! SIAL Paris will open its doors from October 15 to 19, 2022 to welcome food professionals from around the world. Normally, this is an event that everyone in the industry knows and must visit. However, for those who are still hesitating, here is an overview of this year's edition and the reasons why you should attend as a professional in the food industry. 

Innovation is the main theme

First of all, the numbers remain impressive. About 7,000 exhibitors are expected at this year's event. 

But there are also animations and dedicated spaces that you should not miss. 

• SIAL Talks: a conference program with over 100 international speakers and 60 conferences
• SIAL Innovation: this is the event that no one needs to present anymore and which is in line with the show's DNA. For the past 20 years, SIAL Paris has awarded the SIAL Innovation Grand Prix for the most outstanding innovations presented at each event.
• SIAL Start Up: a corner for start-ups. SIAL Start Up is the place to discover new product approaches and nuggets. You will find 650 start-ups at the event, including nearly 100 grouped together in the Sial Start'Up village.
• SIAL Future Lab: a dedicated space to discover the trends in food by 2030 (agriculture, retail and plate). At the last editions, this space was always worth a visit.
