20CENT Style Masso Antico Primitivo Rosé
The beautiful days are coming and as it is often the case in this season, we get the opportunity to discover rosé wine on the supermarket shelves. And actually, there is something new in the Masso Antico family. After having presented the red and the amazing white, today I have the opportunity to announce that there is also the Primitivo Salento Roséavailable.
It is a wine produced from grapes coming from Puglia. These are pressed after the harvest. Then a maceration on the skins for about two hours takes place to obtain a pink colour. Fermentation with carefully selected yeasts at a controlled temperature (14°-16°C) completes the production process of this elegant Primitivo Rosé.
This wine is very pleasant as an aperitif, but it is also an ideal companion for fish and shellfish.
