SMA Preview : Di, the hidden Jewel of Retail dedicated to women
For its next meeting, the SMA decided to invite the CEO of Di, Philippe Crepin. As a business case, he will present the repositioning the chain just experienced. According to Thierry Coeman, director of the SMA: "The new concept of Di is known and has already been presented. What is particularly interesting in the presentation of Mr. Crepin is that not only the concept will be presented, but especially the strategic approach that preceded the repositioning. »
Background of the repositioning
The repositioning process was initiated in the spring of 2010. The selling point of Shopping Westland was the first pilot project where repositioning was declined sequentially in product families and merchandising.
Five years later, after a comprehensive plan, the result is more than convincing:
- Remodeling of the entire shopping park (114 shops in total)
- Each outlet getting the new concept experienced a double-digit growth.
