The fourth edition of Free From Food is coming up
Next stop is Amsterdam
The show Free From Food likes to travel and this year’s edition will take place in Amsterdam. The growing free from and functional category still boosts the shows interest. The trade fair will present several players of the industry active in some of the following categories: Gluten free, Lactose free, soy free, GM Free, Chemical Free, Vitamins, Dietary Food, Calorie Free, Egg Free…
Interesting to note, the organizer announces around 250 exhibiting companies from 25 countries.
What’s on the program?
- Conferences and seminars by several market research companies which will be segmented in the Lactose Free Program and the Free From Food Program
- The first European Food Bloggers Convention: an event aimed to make food bloggers and brand interact. More on http://20100retail.be/en/articles/185/the-first-european-food-bloggers-convention-is-here
- A matchmaking system: powered by Enterprise Europe Network
My 20/CENT on Free From Food
Last year I didn’t make it to the show and I did mention that on the previous editions I failed to see some attractiveness in the set up of the rtrade fair. Well this year it is time for me to review my opinion and go over to Amsterdam to see how the event evolved.
The free from food category still shows potential and still needs to grow in awareness. So the show is interesting in itself just by its main topic. On top of that, I can see that there is a growing number of exhibitors compared to previous years, and one can only praise the presence of a conference program and a matchmaking platform supported by Enterprise Europe Network.
So I am looking forward to pay a visit to this year’s edition. For those going to Amsterdam or exhibiting, don’t hesitate to give me a sign.
